Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is Diazen (info@diazen.com.tr).
What we process, and why
- Technical connection data. When you visit, our hosting and content delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser information and the time of the request in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we process your name, email address and whatever you choose to write, to reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or start working together.
- Your language choice. If you switch between English and Turkish, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Fonts, images and videos on this site are served from our own domain. No data is sent to font, analytics or advertising services.
Legal basis
We process connection data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and message data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or on our legitimate interest in answering you — in line with Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Transfers abroad
Cloudflare operates a global network, so connection data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK.
How long we keep it
Connection data is kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for delivery and security. We keep correspondence for as long as our conversation or working relationship requires, and afterwards only as long as the law obliges us to.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether we process your personal data, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Send your request to info@diazen.com.tr; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
